Il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9, en mars 2024, devant la m\u00eame juridiction, pour la destruction d\u2019un autre ruisseau deux kilom\u00e8tres plus haut, sur la m\u00eame route. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab \u00c7a ne m\u2019est m\u00eame pas venu \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019il pouvait y avoir un cours d\u2019eau \u00e0 cet endroit. \u00bb dira-t-il pour sa d\u00e9fense. Or, le ruisseau est bel et bien cartographi\u00e9, ce qui est facilement v\u00e9rifiable par tous sur internet.
