En substance, il est demand\u00e9 au promoteur, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Ni\u00e8vre Agrisolaire, une r\u00e9gularisation des permis de construire. Ceci va retarder le projet d\u2019un an et  impliquer \u00e9galement une nouvelle \u00e9tude d&#8217;impact ainsi qu&#8217;une nouvelle enqu\u00eate publique.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u2019est donc une premi\u00e8re victoire, mais la lutte continue.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de rester mobilis\u00e9 et de ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la nouvelle enqu\u00eate publique d\u00e8s qu&#8217;elle aura lieu.
